The autumn Joint Ministers' Preaching Conference will be held from 10 - 13 November 2008 at Hothorpe Hall, Leicestershire.
Speakers:
Peter Adam (Principal of Ridley College, Melbourne) will lead the programme.
He will be joined by Vaughan Roberts (Rector of St. Ebbe's Church, Oxford), Paul Barnett
(Moore Theological College, Sydney, Australia) and David Jackman (The Proclamation Trust).
The programme:
Peter's sessions will focus on 1 Peter and will combine 'instruction' (how to preach the book) with 'modelled expositions'. The message
of 1 Peter is as vital for the church today as it was when the letter was first written.
Vaughan will give three practical ministry-focussed expositions, and there will be two parallel streams run by Paul Barnett and David
Jackman.
There will also be a choice of small group workshops.
