Tuesday 25th June 2024 –
Thursday 27th June 2024
The theme of this year’s conference is STEADY. We are at a perilous moment. We have been rocked by ministry scandals that have come too close to home. Many of our ministries are still recovering from the aftermath of the pandemic. Those in the mainline denominations are facing critical decisions as they seek to stay faithful to the Lord. But we don’t need to panic: God’s grace is still enough, the Lord Jesus still reigns, his Spirit is still powerfully at work through his word, and we are still the people of the gospel. Our aim this year is to encourage one another to take hold of our evangelical convictions as we face difficult times together.
We have a great programme lined up. Kevin DeYoung, the Senior Pastor of Christ Covenant Church, Charlotte, North Carolina and Associate Professor of Systematic Theology at RTS will be beginning each day by taking us to the foundations of all gospel ministry: grace, holiness, and rugged faith in God’s promise. On Tuesday and Wednesday Michael Reeves, a prolific author, local church minister and the Professor of Theology and President of Union School of Theology will be delivering lectures on the importance of being evangelical – and calling us to live up to that name. On Wednesday and Thursday Conrad Mbewe, the pastor of Kabwata Baptist Church in Lusaka, Zambia for over three decades and an international speaker and writer will be giving us two lectures on the power and the rewards of pastoral preaching. Nigel Styles, the Director of the Proclamation Trust and the Cornhill Training Course will be ending each day with an exposition of 1 Thessalonians. Andrew Sach, author, Cornhill Tutor and co-pastor of Grace Church Greenwich will be leading a seminar, helping those who sign up to make progress on the book of Kings. And there will be round-table discussions from our main speakers and others on staying the course in Christian ministry.
Please join us at this 41st Evangelical Ministry Assembly as we encourage one another to hold steady in difficult times.

Cornhill Book in a day 2024: Galatians
Price £60
Student rate £30
Tuesday 7th May 2024
At various points in the year, Cornhill is opened up to visitors – not primarily as an Open Day for prospective students, but to allow anyone to benefit from some of the training on offer every day of the week. ‘Book in Day’ provides an introduction to one Bible book in four lectures, during just one day. It has proved to be especially useful for church preaching teams, or small group Bible leaders, to attend and learn together.
Cornhill Book in a Day: Galatians with Andrew Sach
The day will run from 9am - 4.30pm and will be held at the PT Office, 116-118 Walworth Road, London SE17 1JL

Recharge: for Ministry Wives 2024
Single £380
Tuesday 7th May 2024 –
Friday 10th May 2024
THIS CONFERENCE IS FOR THE WIVES OF THOSE WHO ARE INVOLVED IN PAID BIBLE TEACHING MINISTRY - whether in local churches, schools, theological colleges etc..
We recognise how crucial it is that the wife of a Word minister is fully behind him and thoroughly convinced that the work is worthwhile, especially when things are tough. At the same time, we know that many ministry wives feel isolated and find it a struggle to keep going.
This three-night conference, hosted this year by Jamie & Susie Child and Carrie Sandom, is designed to give space to the wives of church leaders and will include…
● time to listen to Six expository talks - Jamie Child - Ephesians, Karen Soole - Ecclesiastes;
● A choice of seminars
● Small groups led by an experienced ministry wife
● Opportunities to chat, relax and have fun together
The aim of the conference is to encourage and energise ministry wives so they can continue to support and encourage their husbands’ ministry.
We regret that it is not possible to bring babies/young children to this conference.
This Conference will be held at High Leigh Conference Centre, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. All rooms full board, ensuite and single occupancy.
Price £380
Bookings close: Thursday 24th April 2024(Subject to availability)
The Conference will start at 4pm on Tuesday and finish at lunchtime on the Friday.

PT Cornhill Summer School 2024
Price £160
Monday 1st July 2024 –
Friday 5th July 2024
All sorts of people come to the Cornhill Summer School: students, workers, people who have retired; those who want a taster of Cornhill; people taking a week out of their normal lives to be equipped, encouraged, and refreshed in their service of the Lord. It is for people who are, or hope to be, in any kind of Bible-teaching ministry in a local church, and provides an opportunity to work through some of the important principles of handling the Bible faithfully with the aim of teaching Christ with integrity.
The week is taught by the Cornhill teaching staff at our offices in central London, near Elephant and Castle station. The teaching content for the week will be similar to a week of Cornhill:
- The mornings will be given to interactive lectures. The focus is on biblical exposition, and we will cover approximately three Bible books in some depth throughout the course of the week.
- In the afternoon there will be workshop groups where you'll have the opportunity to give a short talk and receive some feedback.
- There will also be some lectures throughout the week on how to write a Bible talk, and Christian Ministry.
