Evangelical Ministry Assembly
The evangelical ministry assembly is our flagship gathering of nearly 900 Bible preachers and teachers. Held in central London in the summer the three day non residential conference seeks to fulfil three aims:
- We want the ema to encourage and build the faith of those in full time ministry. Serving Christ through joys and sorrows can be hard at times, often exhausting. The ema seeks to warm the hearts of delegates with the glorious and life-changing gospel of our Lord Jesus. Come expecting to be
stirred. - We want the ema to stimulate thinking. Our programme is carefully planned to ensure that there is always something to get delegates thinking about preaching and ministry. Come expecting to be challenged.
- The ema is a joyful gathering of like-minded servants. It is a great opportunity to meet, develop friendships and rejoice in the one faith we share. Come expecting to meet friends, old and new alike.
Features of the EMA
- 4 sessions per day comprising plenary teaching, seminar streams, on-the-couch conversations,
prayer and singing n Generous breaks to allow time to meet up with old friends and make new ones - Extensively stocked bookshop open throughout the conference
- Lunchtime international reception for overseas visitors
- 3 day reduced rate new for 2011
We are currently finalising the details for our exciting programme for 2011. These will be launched through the microsite (ema2011.com) in the autumn. In 2010 the ema sold out well before the conference date and we sadly had to turn many delegates away. To avoid disappointment in 2011, it is possible to book online even before the programme is announced. A non refundable deposit of £10 will secure your place and we will contact you when full booking opens in the autumn.
