The Church of God and the People of God What responsibility do different parts of God's church have for one another?   Many Australian Churches have accepted the idea that the church is only local and  heavenly, and that wider church organization isn't part of the New Testament's concept of church.  In this lecture given in 1992 at the Bishopsgate Conference, Paul Barnett looks at the effect this idea has had on the church, and asks if the Bible has a bigger, unifying concept - the 'people of God' - that informs how churches relate to one another.FREE
