A closer look

We are always happy to welcome prospective students to visit the course and to meet with individuals to discuss how the course might help their possible future ministry.

Bursaries

Some bursary funds are available for students from overseas. As places are limited, it is recommended that application is made as early as possible in the academic year before the proposed date of entry.

Please note that applications for bursaries must be completed by Friday 15th March.
Bursary applications cannot be accepted after this date.

To request a bursary application form contact the Cornhill office.

Notes for International Students

International students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) will be required to receive a Tier 4 general student visa before attending the course. You can read more about this here.

International students must be fluent in English, and students from non-majority English speaking countries will be required to pass a UK Border Agency-approved English exam at the B1 level in all four components (reading, writing, listening and speaking) before they can apply for a Tier 4 student visa. This is equivalent to a mimimum band score of 4 on the IELTS (International English Language Testing System). A complete list of approved exams and required scores is available here.

The UK Border Agency classifies our course as a "privately funded further education college". Therefore, your family will not be able to come to the UK with you as dependants on a Tier 4 student visa for this course. You can read more about this here.

The UK Border Agency requires Tier 4 visa students from most countries to prove they have enough money for tuition and living costs in advance of their visa applications. Details are listed here.
