The Northern Ireland Ministry Assembly 2008 ::«

Tried & Tested - the third Northern Ireland Ministry Assembly will be held from 17 - 18 November 2008 at Richhill Presbyterian Church, Richhill, Co Armagh.

The aim of the assembly is to encourage and help preachers to give themselves to the work of presenting the Lord Jesus Christ to believers and unbelievers. We want to encourage a fresh commitment to expository preaching that will fill our churches with a hunger for God and his Word and lead to a new desire for mission.

Speakers:
We look forward to welcoming Melvin Tinker, from St John Newland in Hull. Melvin will bring four expositions from Job with the theme of suffering in mind.

Peter Adam, Principal of Ridley College, Melbourne, will speak on 'Suffering and Satan' from 2 Corinthians and will also explain the skills required in finding the 'big idea' of a Bible book.

Joining Melvin and Peter will be John Woodside from Drogheda Presbyterian Church who will share some of the joys and challenges of ministering in the local church.

Cost:
The cost of the conference is £60 (£55 if booked by 1st October 2008), or the reduced price of £30 for full time students and the unwaged. If you wish to attend for just one day the cost is £40, or £20 for full time students and the unwaged.
