A building in Borough High Street, near London Bridge, became the home of PT in 1998. It was named Willcox House after Ronald Willcox, whose support made this move possible.

The operations of The Proclamation Trust occupy the top three floors of Willcox House (the basement, ground and first floors are leased out to other users). The functions of each floor are as follows:

Second Floor - The Cornhill Training Course

The second floor is devoted to the Cornhill Training Course. Its facilities include a large lecture room and a kitchen and common room for the use of the 100 or so students enrolled on the course.

Third Floor - PT Media, Student Library and Seminar Rooms

The third floor contains the extensive student library, two seminar rooms, and the workspace for PT Media.



Fourth Floor - The main PT Office and Staff Studies

The fourth floor is the main hub of operations, consisting of the general PT office, and staff study / office accommodation.
