PT is constituted as a charitable trust, and is a registered charity, and the trustees are ultimately responsible for the oversight of the work.

Together they form a team of ministers and laymen who are committed wholeheartedly to the ongoing mission of PT and are closely involved, meeting regularly with the senior staff for encouragement and support.

Andrew Green is Chairman of the trustees. He has worked for many years in the City as a Fund Manager and is a lay preacher and elder at an independent evangelical church in Danbury, Essex.

Piers Bickersteth is Rector of Arborfield with Barkham, near Reading, having worked on the staff of Proclamation Trust in the mid 1990s.

Richard Cunningham is Director of Student Ministries for UCCF and is widely known for his evangelistic and apologetics ministry. He and his family live near Oxford and are involved in Churchill Parish Church.

Richard Hames is a solicitor, who lives near Guildford.

Dick Lucas is Rector Emeritus of St Helen's Church, Bishopsgate and the first chairman of the Trust. He continues to live in central London and remains active in ministry throughout Proclamation Trust conferences and many preaching engagements in the UK and overseas.

Mike Neville is Vice-Chairman of the trustees and Rector of All Saints, Fordham, near Colchester.

Vaughan Roberts is Rector of St Ebbe's Church, Oxford, where he leads a church team which has an extensive ministry amongst students.
